Perfect communication, job done quick and very good. The first job was the bath tap change and was a very difficult job because of previouse plumber horroible instalation. Then I need them again for the dishwasher disconnect old and connect new-again not easy job because we have a tiny kitchen and not easy to do the connection but they did perfect job! I am also happy with the price and short waiting time. Highly recommended. I will keep their details for next job.

Communication not brilliant, checked that they were still coming at time estimated, but was told the item hadn't been ordered. Due to this it would be the following day, on checking again, was waiting for the delivery. Rang to chase up what was happening and the person on the end of the phone was not very professional saying they had no record of me, and hung up. Give the plumber his due he did ring me back apologized and said he would be with me within an hour and half. Once here, professional and job done, left it tidy.

Came in 1:30h, on a very rainy Friday evening, after I’ve requested for a service. Quick fix and clear communication
