  Really good experience. Communication has been very prompt throughout. We had a relatively small job of boarding, plastering and painting our kitchen ceiling and we’re really pleased with the work. We had a couple of other bits of minor work we were also able to get some advice on, overall everyone we have dealt with at Sovereign has been great and we would definitely use them again.

  plastering walls throughout lower house and stairs

  We have had a poor experience that has finished with a threatening email from the plasterer. Our complaints 1. Multiple cracks appeared which he attempted to finish himself but paid someone else to do. Other issues arose that we had to pay to be corrected 2. Plaster had to be chiseled from coving and skirting which he has advised is standard practise. 3. Walls uneven and needed sanding - apparently standard practise 4. PVA over the carpet which we have been told it's clear and you were replacing it any way.

  Unfortunately we weren’t able to complete this job to the usual high standard due to the client sabotaging our schedule from day 1 - she removed all of our protection we laid down, then demanded areas out of the shedule of works.

  I had extensive plastering work to be completed, Great communication with Philip's company with first class help and advise. Phillip was very kind and polite and allocated a very nice top plaster called Jabouri. He was a first class plasterer, all of the walls and ceilings were so flat and polished. His work was so amazing and he was so clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company

  Very happy indeed Quote and explanation of work clear, well explained and very competitive. Work carried out on time with obvious skill and attention to detail. Cleaned up well after work completed too!
