  Full render of my 3- bedroom end of terrace 1930s house

  Phil and his team carried out a full silicone render of my 1930s end of terrace house which was covered in pebble dash. The job took around 3 weeks to complete, and began with the complete removal of all the pebble dash. Throughout the works, Phil and his team were reliable, punctual and knew exactly what they were doing. When i required further work which was not in the original remit, Phil found a solution to everything and delivered with precision and expertise. I am delighted with the result! Thank you so much.

  Phil quoted a good price and offered to do the job the same week which was excellent, gave the name of the plasterer, date and time - excellent communication. Dave arrived early, did the job in a friendly and efficient way. All done and dusted swiftly and hassle free. I have already recommended Phil & Dave at Sovereign Surfaces to others. I will definitely be asking Phil to quote on future plastering and rendering projects.

  Pebbledash removal and front of house rendering

  Phil’s communication was excellent throughout. With this be a large job, I had many questions which Phil was kindly able to help with. Phil did a great job with removing the pebble dash from my old Victorian house whilst also removing part of the front wall. The entire front of the house was then rendered with EWI silicone render and Phil and Jabs did a great job. The front of the house looks brilliant and I’m very happy with the end result. Before and after photos included. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

  Really good experience. Communication has been very prompt throughout. We had a relatively small job of boarding, plastering and painting our kitchen ceiling and we’re really pleased with the work. We had a couple of other bits of minor work we were also able to get some advice on, overall everyone we have dealt with at Sovereign has been great and we would definitely use them again.
