  Full render of my 3- bedroom end of terrace 1930s house

  Phil and his team carried out a full silicone render of my 1930s end of terrace house which was covered in pebble dash. The job took around 3 weeks to complete, and began with the complete removal of all the pebble dash. Throughout the works, Phil and his team were reliable, punctual and knew exactly what they were doing. When i required further work which was not in the original remit, Phil found a solution to everything and delivered with precision and expertise. I am delighted with the result! Thank you so much.

  Repair of pebbledash

  I contacted Phil for a pebbledash repair on the front of my 1930s house. From the get go, Phil’s replies were super quick and comprehensive. Phil attended my property punctually on the agreed day for him to look at the job. During the site visit, Phil took the time to listen to exactly what I needed, and came up with several options. Phil’s approach is pragmatic and honest; he was happy to recommend a small repair rather than a complete re-render, and he managed my expectations in a realistic way. The job was done to a high standard by Shaun, and I couldn’t have got a better finish.

  Floor removal and installation, painting and decorating

  Piero has done a fabulous job with my house. He painted the whole of the upstairs plus hallway, landing, banisters and kitchen. In addition, Piero removed the old floors in two of the bedrooms, the hallway and kitchen, and he laid new floors. My house looks fabulous, in particular the hallway and kitchen, which Piero advised should be done in such a way that the floor runs from the front door all the way to the end of my kitchen. It looks amazing, and it makes the hallway look so long! have had so many compliments and would never have thought of having it this way!
