  Blocked Washing Machine

  I would highly recommend Frazer. This was a same day call out for a blocked pipe inside the washing machine. This was totally my fault as I had blocked the pipe from the detergent drawer with two calgon tablets (which I stupidly had not taken out of the packets). Frazer was clean, courteous and very kind about the mess I'd made! He managed to unblock the pipe and put the machine back together and put back the kick boards etc. It was a fiddley job and one I'm very pleased Frazer could fix. Not something I 'd have liked to try and fix myself.

  Dishwasher heating element replaced

  We contacted Southern Domestic Services after our dishwasher stopped heating water during a cycle. Frazer arrived promptly to diagnose the fault. Once the replacement part had been sourced, he arrived at the agreed time to replace the faulty part. I appreciated that Frazer was very polite and considerate, wearing shoe protectors when entering our property. Communication was very good too, with times arranged to visit and texts letting me know when he was on his way. I'm really happy with the service and would happily use Southern Domestic Services again in the future.

  Southern Domestic Services phoned me straight away - we discussed the issue and they came out the next day: the fault was found in the washing machine and they had the part on their van : absolutely brilliant service. Would very highly recommend

  Oven heating element replacement

  Frazer was fantastic. He was able come on the same day we contacted him, which meant we weren’t without our oven for longer than needed. From the moment the job was booked he kept us updated with his arrival time, he was respectful of our home and the work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. After fixing he stayed to ensure everything was working correctly. I would definitely use his services again if they are needed and highly recommend him.
