Able to come out quickly to look at leaking dishwasher and resolved the issue

Frazer did a great job, also kept us up to date throughout the Easter weekend with respect to delivery of the replacement part.

We had a problem with the drum in the washing machine making a grinding noise, called these guys up at lunchtime, they were with us a few hours later and replaced the part! Amazing, ditching my appliance insurance and the run around that gave me this is a much better quality of service and customer experience. Using them for all other issues they cover also, Amazing amazing experience in comparison to others I've dealt with in the past!

Great work as usual! Reliable, skilled, great communication and friendly. Our dishwasher heating element died and Frazer came to the rescue. Highly recommend!
