    Shower Replacement

    I am pleased with the shower replacement. I was impressed by the professional approach and detailed explanation throughout the process. I was able to talk through any issues arising and choose through a series of options. The job was completed in the time discussed in a tidy way. I would definitely consider using them again.

    Prompt fix of a leak caused by a malfunctioning, inaccessible toilet cistern

    Smartfix did a great job for us. We found a small but steady leak which seemed to be coming from an inaccessible toilet cistern. Smartfix came out quickly, assessed the issue and cut through the bathroom tiling to reach the cistern. They warned us fairly about the likely level of damage, but were very clean about the hole they made, cutting a neat square to create access, and isolated the cistern to stop the leak. They finished up within 30 mins and left the place tidy, charging a reasonable call out fee. Would happily go back to them for other services, highly recommend.

    Quick and efficient

    Had a small leak with boiler. Maqsood was courteous and communicated well, explained the issue in detail and options to fix the fault including a breakdown of costs. Will keep his number to hand for any future issues.
