Magsood of Smartfix came within the appointed time period and had a straightforward approach to doing the service on my Worcester Bosch gas boiler. He did the various tests needed to show that the boiler was working as efficiently as possible. I asked him questions about whether there might be any longevity issues about the the boiler and we had a candid, pragmatic discussion about the future of central heating and what my life expectation of my current boiler should be, given it was fault-free on this visit. It was refreshing change from the usual ones who have visited in the past.

Maqsood was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional with the repairs I needed for my boiler. My external expansion vessel on my boiler was corroding and leaking and losing pressure to my system. I had a few quotes, but I called Maqsood because he was so friendly when I was first trying to find out the issue, and he managed to beat all previous quotes. When he came he was clear in his communication in what he was going to do, and in 32 degree heat he still worked so hard and diligently. Also, for no extra cost, gave me heaps of advice that will save me future time and money. Highly recommend
