Came round quite late on a Friday diagnosed the issue very quickly and replaced the part that was causing the issue with the hot water heater always on causing radiators not to come on. Was happy with the result and talked me through the whole process of the issues.

Booked Maqsood to service my Baxi Solo HE condensing boiler and he arrived within two days of contacting Checkatrade and did a brilliant job, patiently explaining all the steps he was taking on the way and why. Even went on to answer any question I had about the boiler and how it operates. I'm well pleased with the service and attention that I received. Well done Maqsood!

Maqsood came today for the 4th job on my list, and once again did a really thorough and clean job, taking time to explain everything to me so I knew what he would be doing and why. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Maqsood was a really nice guy. Very knowledgeable and efficient. It was 5pm on a Friday before he got the required parts but stayed and fitted them despite the lateness of the hour. If he hadn’t, we would have been without hot water all weekend. I will definitely use his services again.

All well, the fix has been done and excellent experience overall
