  Old leaking tap replaced

  Got a quote that was specific and matched our request. It was also competitive against other quotes. water was leaking consistently so it was great he could come that day. 2hrs work and he even had to deal with a threaded screw. Thanks Freddy

  Ridge tiles blown off leading to repairs needed on old roof

  We contacted them after ridge tiles blew off Fri 24th Jan. They came Sat 25th and started work Mon 27th. On assessment 3 tiles had blown off the house, and many more had been displaced. They identified this and gave me several options of how I wanted to proceed. Ours is an old roof and we knew it needed some work but there was no pressure to do more from Ben. So even though I went with the most thorough (replacing broken tiles, some re-mortared, and all ridge tiles re-pointing) they still finished that day. Looks much better now and will call Ben again when rest needs doing.

  3 New Double Glazing UPVC windows and frames

  Asim was quick to respond -communicative and clear in what they could offer and for a great price. Initial quote for1 window -full new window and frame. Asim gave us a quote so competitive, that another company told us to bite his hand off at the price offered. The guys he sent out to complete the work were polite and courteous, and quick. All done with no issues. The work was so good and made such a difference we immediately called them for 2 more windows, we will use them when we get our others done and I recommended them to a friend for their similar job.

  New Vinyl Kitchen Floor

  They contacted me promptly after I put a quote request on checkatrade (within 24hrs) -explained thoroughly my options and possible quotes and timeframes if I came into the shop and bought in-stock vinyl, or if I ordered from the samples. We went into the shop, found an in-stock roll of vinyl and within the week it was fitted in our kitchen. Fitted the 8x8ft vinyl was laid and sealed in less than an hour, ad they re-fitted the footplace. Spotlessly clean and can't see any issues so far (3 weeks later)

  Boiler serviced

  Great full strip service and clean of my 15+Yr old Biasi boiler. Obviously knew the boiler inside out as well as all the possible issues with it. Whole thing took around and hour and he was such a lovely guy too. Easy, direct and efficient. Will be back for next service or for any boiler work I need doing. Recommended
