  To assess reason for a damp patch appearing on the inside of my property

  Andy was highly professional and personable during my experience of communications and on site help from him. Andy kept timings to my property updated and after assessing and discussion of what needed to be done, we came to a conclusion of how to move forward. I would 100% use Skilled Solutions in the future.

  Side extension

  We would like to say a huge thank you to Skilled solutions for the truely impressive job carried out on our side extension, really taking pride in his work with good manner and work ethics. Working clean and tidy is hard on a building site but was faultless .Skilled solution did a wonderful job making our home match old with new , often people who walk past pass comment on the great job . With many obstacles along the way ,Andy would always come through on top with fantastic finished product . Highly recommend skilled solution and would most definitely use them again for sure

  Wall removal / construction within our offices.

  I honestly cannot recommend Andy and his team highly enough. He's completed two projects in our office premises in the last 12 months and did an incredible job on both occasions. Andy is always so polite, friendly, dependable, professional and communicative. He worked an entire weekend on the job and missed the entire England EURO final on Sunday so that he could complete what he started as he promised. Legend. I'd hugely recommend this company if you need a reliable and highly professional job doing, as integrity and hard-grafting is clearly part of their core value. Thanks so much Andy.

  Hi, we’re very sorry you feel this way and we had already sent an apology email last week explaining that we have such a heavy workload and are inundated with enquiries. It has in no way to got to do with the your “small job” as you can see from our previous reviews we cater for all works when we can. I’ve even squeezed in small jobs and completed them upon initial site visits free of charge to help people. As stated in the email we’re still more then happy to provide an estimate but we’re currently booked up until end of October.

  Fixing leek in shower

  Lovely, kind, skilled, honest and generous. It was a small job but was causing major problems for me. He popped round at the end of his work day to fix it and didn't charge me. Highly recommended. Will use him for any future jobs (where I can actually pay him!)
