Hi, we’re very sorry you feel this way and we had already sent an apology email last week explaining that we have such a heavy workload and are inundated with enquiries. It has in no way to got to do with the your “small job” as you can see from our previous reviews we cater for all works when we can. I’ve even squeezed in small jobs and completed them upon initial site visits free of charge to help people. As stated in the email we’re still more then happy to provide an estimate but we’re currently booked up until end of October.
