  Front door would not lock

  Booked Tim to arrive at 6pm to do job but he was delayed due to circumstances beyond his control, he eventually arrived at 8.30. Tim quickly diagnosed the problem as an alignment issue and was able to realign the locking mechanism to work correctly. It is now working the best I can ever remember. Tim also advised on a Fire Safety issue with my door lock and fitted a fire safety approved security lock. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend Tim to my friends to resolve their problems.

  Great service and fast

  We needed to change the lock for secuirty reasons and we were trying to find a reliable locksmith company. Called up Tim who seemed polite got here on time and did the job well . Happy quick service for a Sunday in a emergency! Defo recommend them.

  patio door lock jammed and unable to close the door, it was a urgent job and security issue as well,

  My UPVC front door would not lock

  Tim identified the problem quickly as being a misalignment issue with the latches. He was able to resolve the issue using his knowledge and experience. Tim also advised that the lock barrel was not fire rated and was able to install a suitable new barrel. Although Tim arrived later than originally planned this was due to circumstances beyond his control and I have not reduced my reliability score. I was very impressed with his work and I have added Tim to my go to list of tradesmen.

  Unlocked door, never replaced the lock cylinder and didn't return my messages.

  DON'T USE THIS LOCKSMITH! Tim, I believe his name was, was first late, then, after less than a minute, decided that the only way to solve the problem was to snap the lock. He removed the handle, losing parts of it in the process. he didn't have the cylinders and after a few times of not showing up to fit the cylinders I have asked for a refund. I am now left with an odd lock that I don't want that was meant to be temporary and a handle missing parts.

  Replacement key barrel/lock system on a front door

  A couple of minutes after I logged the job, Tim called and advised he could come out that night which he did. He advised on the issue, gave options and did an interim fix so we could safely lock up. Parts were ordered and the door was completely fixed within a few days. A call out fee wasn’t charged, but it did seem to cost a lot of money! Saying that, we don’t have expertise in this area ourselves or costs to compare it to, and we had immediate peace of mind after the first visit. Which was important with children in the house.
