  Old internal doors needed locks that worked.

  Tim responded very quickly and visited promptly to assess repairs. When there was a problem with matching locks to the size of the old model that had been installed he persevered until he could supply the right fitting for the job. Tim dealt very well with the quirks of our doors, was diligent and conscientious. He was very committed to achieving an end-result that met our expectations, and he succeeded. He stuck to his very reasonable upfront quote despite the fact that the job was more problematical than we first anticipated. Tim was always very polite and tidied up and made good very well.
