  Gutter cleaning

  I received a prompt response from MG Cleaning. The technician visited on Sunday morning to provide an estimate, which I accepted, and then arrived in the afternoon to do the work. The work was done in good time and to a good standard in spite of the poor weather condition. The technician informed me of an issue with one of the downpipes which I will get resolved. Overall a good experience I will be using them again.

  Front door would not lock

  Booked Tim to arrive at 6pm to do job but he was delayed due to circumstances beyond his control, he eventually arrived at 8.30. Tim quickly diagnosed the problem as an alignment issue and was able to realign the locking mechanism to work correctly. It is now working the best I can ever remember. Tim also advised on a Fire Safety issue with my door lock and fitted a fire safety approved security lock. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend Tim to my friends to resolve their problems.

  My UPVC front door would not lock

  Tim identified the problem quickly as being a misalignment issue with the latches. He was able to resolve the issue using his knowledge and experience. Tim also advised that the lock barrel was not fire rated and was able to install a suitable new barrel. Although Tim arrived later than originally planned this was due to circumstances beyond his control and I have not reduced my reliability score. I was very impressed with his work and I have added Tim to my go to list of tradesmen.
