Tim was excellent. I needed a locksmith for a regular call out not emergency. Was able to fit me in the next day. Arrived on time. Assessed the work. Gave me choices to rectify the issue and was done quickly and efficiently. Would use again and recommend to friends and family.

Lock smith attended at scheduled time to look at faulty door lock on our front door. Explained that gear inside lock had failed so had to order part and return next day. Door was made secure for the night. Returned following day on time carried out job and checked over that all was working perfectly before payment being made. Work carried out quickly and professionally with no hidden costs

Booked Tim to arrive at 6pm to do job but he was delayed due to circumstances beyond his control, he eventually arrived at 8.30. Tim quickly diagnosed the problem as an alignment issue and was able to realign the locking mechanism to work correctly. It is now working the best I can ever remember. Tim also advised on a Fire Safety issue with my door lock and fitted a fire safety approved security lock. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend Tim to my friends to resolve their problems.
