Rang me within 2 minutes of placing the job, came out the next day, kept me up to date with arrival on the day. Thought it was only to sort one lock and new key needed, it was 2 so paid £69 to crack (break) the lock and £35 for new lock. Had to do this twice so classed as 2 ‘jobs’ Overall brilliant speed and exactly what we wanted.

Within 44 minutes of me posting the job on a Friday evening, he had called, turned up, done the job, and gone again. On that basis I cannot recommend highly enough.

Arrived within an hour of accepting the job and replaced the broken lock with no issue. I would recommend.
