I needed to have the water turned off as the valve had jammed, the old washing machine disconnected and removed outside, and the new machine installed and plumbed in. Everything went smoothly and perfectly - a truly professional job. He also installed a new more efficient valve for the future. Michael was recommended by a friend. My washing machine needed repairing but the machine is in an awkward off the floor cupboard. Impossible to move! Jason offered a next day appointment. The job was challenging but they went above and beyond on a Friday afternoon to get it fixed for me, with out me having to some how get this machine to ground level!
