As a Property Management company we often have to deal with faulty kitchen appliances. Jason from Repair Pro has been great to work with over the past number of years. Very responsive, great at diagnosing the issue and keeping us updated. Would absolutely recommend him to homeowners and other management companies!

I needed to have the water turned off as the valve had jammed, the old washing machine disconnected and removed outside, and the new machine installed and plumbed in. Everything went smoothly and perfectly - a truly professional job. He also installed a new more efficient valve for the future. Finally he tested the new washing machine and it has continued to work perfectly.

Michael was recommended by a friend. Didn't have to wait days for a visit, he identified the problem, had to order a part and rang to say that he had it only a day later Another day was fixed, he arrived promptly, was very nice to talk to, extremely clean and tidy, and all in all was one of the nicest trades people I've had in the house!

My washing machine needed repairing but the machine is in an awkward off the floor cupboard. Impossible to move! Jason offered a next day appointment. The job was challenging but they went above and beyond on a Friday afternoon to get it fixed for me, with out me having to some how get this machine to ground level!
