  Another marvellous piece of work by Patrick, with the able assistance of his colleague Valentin. Works steadily, with enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail. Friendly and helpful advice freely given throughout. It is such a benefit to know we have a versatile and highly competent person to call upon for all manner of jobs around the flat. Once again, highly recommended.
