  Repair to over flowing/ leaking guttering

  Henry was very polite and friendly from the first phone all. Explained work and possible work needed, and a good quote given. And date arranged for work, both confirmed straight away via text. When arrived explained the work again, showed me problems, and broken brackets. Very polite in person, got the job done efficiently and all looked very good. Definitely recommend, and would use again in the future.

  Gutter repair and Snow guard fitting

  Henry was very reliable, punctual and efficient. He came the next day when I called him. He sorted out the materials and worked independently. He was polite and communicated everything that was happening in the process of all that was needed for finishing the job. He cleaned up completely after him. Thank you very much Henry we will definitely ask you son when we need work doing.

  Diagnose and repair area of roof water ingress

  From initial contact to completion, Henry was superb, he explained what would happen, took photos of the areas in need of repair and advised of the cost it would incur. Henry and Shay worked all the while, sourced new slates, pointed, refuxed the flashing and completed the job quickly.

  Fibreglass sealant to flat roof with new sofits fitted

  I highly recommend this company. Our roof now looks amazing. Henry was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He was excellent at communicating with us, so we knew what was happening at all times. I must mention how helpful he also was because we needed a lot of advice re this particular roof, Henry gave us all different options and he clearly knows what he is doing. After carrying out the work, he and his crew left the house very clean and tidy.

  New guttering and general repairs

  The lads were very professional and diligent. Fully revamped the house guttering, repointed above windows, did some chimney and flashing repairs. Couldn't be happier with the quality of their work. Henry understood what we were after performed everything hassle free.

  Replacement of roof tiles

  Henry and son from Premier Home Improvements turned up on time. They were friendly and efficient. Henry inspected the damaged roof and clearly explained what needed to be done. They removed the damaged tiles and replaced them with new ones, including an extra one without charging extra. Henry was very helpful and happy to offer advice. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others. Thanks again
