  New guttering and clean of soffits/fascias

  I have nothing but praise for the work that Henry and his sone did on my Guttering. After me sending pictures of the house he gave me a very good quote stating all the the things he would be doing and arranged attendance with a couple of days. The finished job was wonderful and cleaned up completely before they left. If you need guttering--Get Henry.

  Investigated and remedied smell in ground floor WC.

  I explained to Paul the problem I was having with a bad smell coming from ground floor WC wash basin. Unusually smell was coming not from the plug hole but from lower down behind the pedestal. He first checked the outside drains to ensure everything was OK there. He then removed the pedestal and spotted the problem which was a kinked rubber seal where the down waste pipe connected with the larger waste outlet. He went the extra mile (literally) and visited several plumbing factors to find the proper part to fit. He completed the job efficiently and cleaned up when finished.
