Henry was brilliant start to finish, all materials gathered within 40 minutes of posting the job on a Saturday. ( the Saturday he said he was having off.) Work completed only a few hours later with full communication along the way.

Henry was very polite and friendly from the first phone all. Explained work and possible work needed, and a good quote given. And date arranged for work, both confirmed straight away via text. When arrived explained the work again, showed me problems, and broken brackets. Very polite in person, got the job done efficiently and all looked very good. He was polite and communicated everything that was happening in the process of all that was needed for finishing the job. He cleaned up completely after him. From initial contact to completion, Henry was superb, he explained what would happen, took photos of the areas in need of repair and advised of the cost it would incur. Henry and Shay worked all the while, sourced new slates, pointed, refuxed the flashing and completed the job quickly.
