Jeremy and his team are incredibly responsive, consistently deliver work the right way, and are always happy to help when needed.   I have used Positive in the past and still currently do and I wanted to give an up to date review. In a world where customer service seems to be diminishing day by day, Positive buck the trend. Their customer service is second to NONE in their field (and I’ve dealt with many trade companies). The workmanship is excellent! They leave the job cleaner than how they found it and lights look great. My only regret is having to wait a little time to be booked in because they are so in demand (sign of a good electrician!). Thank you Positive, look forward to seeing you on the next job.

  Complex building shut down - corporate office building

  As a Facilities Manager Assistance, I’ve worked with numerous contractors over the years, but Positive Contractors truly stand out. They recently assisted us with a complex building shutdown in Central London, which had to be executed out of hours to minimise disruption. From start to finish, they were exceptional. Their team demonstrated outstanding problem-solving skills, carefully planning and coordinating every detail in advance.   I've used Positive Contractors for a range of electrical, maintenance and plumbing needs for a number of years now and they have always proven to be reliable, hard working and honest. They are always willing to go the extra mile. The engineers complete outstanding work at a fair price and the office staff are lovely to speak with over email and on the phone. The office keep us updated throughout the entire process from instruction to completion.
