  Positive Contractors provided an excellent service for us. The three electricians they sent to complete the work were all highly competent, very helpful, really concerned to do a great job, and were fantastically friendly and polite. A special thanks to Jack who rearranged his commitments to come back to finish the job when it overran the day it had been booked for. I would highly recommend.

  Positive Contractors have maintained my garden lights since 2018 and always provide professional, reliable, and tidy service. They quickly resolve issues, and recently repaired storm damage free of charge as a loyal customer gesture. A fantastic local business that I highly recommend to anyone in Essex or East London.

  had an excellent experience with Positive Electrical when they came to replace some faulty dimmer lights in my home. The technician Callum arrived on time, was extremely friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, he made sure the work was done safely and to a high standard, while also being polite and respectful throughout the visit. It’s rare to come across such a combination of expertise and genuine customer care. I would happily recommend Positive Electrical to anyone in need of reliable, professional service.

  I have used Positive in the past and still currently do and I wanted to give an up to date review. In a world where customer service seems to be diminishing day by day, Positive buck the trend. Their customer service is second to NONE in their field (and I’ve dealt with many trade companies). The workmanship is excellent! They leave the job cleaner than how they found it and lights look great. My only regret is having to wait a little time to be booked in because they are so in demand (sign of a good electrician!). Thank you Positive, look forward to seeing you on the next job.
