  Gas and electrical safety check

  I had used Positive Contractors previously for a variety of jobs, and was very satisfied. I wanted to get a gas and electrical safety check done on a house I'm buying. Positive Contractors gave me a reasonable quote, liaised with the estate agent to arrange access, and booked in the work very quickly. The reports and certificates were available the next day, along with photos and an itemised quote for recommended improvements. Very efficient, polite, and thorough service - will continue to use Positive Contractors!

  General Electrical Works

  We have used Positive Contractors for many jobs in our home – from installing light fittings, smoke/heat/CO2 detectors to repairs of existing equipment and setting up new electronics. Their engineers are courteous, reliable and always clean up after themselves. They also take away all the packaging and old items being replaced. Their charges are extremely reasonable and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

  Faulty socket, boiler repair, leaking toilet, and more

  Had Positive Contractors out for various jobs over a few weeks. In the space of 5-6 weeks I had them out to fix a faulty electrical socket, repair a boiler, fix a leaking toilet, and adjust our water pressure. Couldn't be happier. The managers/coordinators responded quickly, gave reasonable and transparent quotes, booked work in quickly and were very helpful answering queries. The tradespeople themselves were always punctual and polite, did professional work, left no mess behind, and were always happy to answer questions and give advice. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

  Plug sockets stopped working and boiler failure.

  Very professional. Electrician attended same day as my job was an emergency. Excellent communication. The electrician quickly identified the fault, offered further advice and completed the job efficiently for a good price. No complaints - obviously a very professional, trustworthy company.

  New plug, fix plug and swap out lights

  We recently moved to woodford. And was given a card for positive contractors for some electrics bits I needed doing. And they have been great! Super professional and easy to communicate with. They did everything i needed and better than expected as they really wanted to understand what i was trying to do and executed it well.
