The three electricians they sent to complete the work were all highly competent, very helpful, really concerned to do a great job, and were fantastically friendly and polite. A special thanks to Jack who rearranged his commitments to come back to finish the job when it overran the day it had been booked for. I would highly recommend.

I have used Positive in the past and still currently do and I wanted to give an up to date review. In a world where customer service seems to be diminishing day by day, Positive buck the trend. Their customer service is second to NONE in their field (and I’ve dealt with many trade companies). The workmanship is excellent! They leave the job cleaner than how they found it and lights look great. My only regret is having to wait a little time to be booked in because they are so in demand (sign of a good electrician!).
