I recently used Positive Contractors to help get my rental property ready for new tenants, including a new EICR, EPC and installation of new flooring. From start to finish, the team were excellent. They turned up when they said they would, took real pride in their work, cleaned up properly afterwards and made sure I was completely satisfied before considering the job finished. What I particularly appreciated was having one company I could rely on to coordinate several different jobs rather than having to manage multiple trades myself. Even sorted out a replacement fridge and rescued a bird!

They've done a thorough check and highlighted some issues that were not picked up previously by other people.

Pretty easy to book an appointment through check a trader. Good communication from the company from the start. The electricians that were sent to complete the work, were engaging, polite and respectful. They worked hard on the project and completed to a high standard. Would certainly recommend this company to complete work for you.

Extremely professional to deal with and Jamie + colleague who undertook the work were polite, personable and efficient. No mess and no fuss. They'll be my first port of call if/when we need anything electrical work done. The up front quote was also a a benefit - no worries about added extras/parts etc. All included
