  Gas asafety certificate and boiler service

  Despite slots they offer are 5 hours long, engineer managed to be multiple hours late twice. Second time they didn't even bother to inform me, I had to call multiple times to find out if he is coming. Once he arrived he declared the gas hob "At risk" based on "safety device failed" and kindly offered to provide and fit a new gas hob. He said fixing existing one wasn't worth it. Based on this fault he didn't issue the certificate. I didn't catch it immediately but eventually figured out that this was an old cooker that never had a safety device and as such should be classed as "not current stan

  Double Glazed Unit Replacement

  The team from ADA replaced my window glass unit efficiently. They also fixed a seal which had come out of place on my window, and it looks better now. They were clean and careful when handling the glass.

  New carpets supplied and fitted in a bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and office

  Julian has a great range of carpets to choose from in the shop and provided us with valuable advice about which product lines would work better in each room. Lead-in time from deposit payment to fitting was about 7-9 days and carpets were fitted on the day that was agreed before the deposit payment. Overall we are very happy with the service provided.
