  Cleaning kitchen etc

  Trade came very bright very positive and they started on the kitchen, we had a bit of a chat at the beginning, and I explained what to be done. after a while when supposedly, they were finishing 1 started on the toilet where she only had the toilet and the sink be cleaned. Then she wanted me to show her the bathroom and ensuite, and she started on the ensuite, I think they communicated on the phone because they started saying they didn't know of all the bathrooms, and they don't have time and suggested that they can stay more but implied to be paid extra. Not all was cleaned

  Our cleaners attended as scheduled and were close to finishing when you asked them to leave to pick up your husband and children. We spoke with you by phone and asked for a little more time to complete the small remaining area, but you declined and said the cleaners had done a good job and you would finish the rest yourself. As they were asked to leave early, they could not complete the final tasks. Our team acted professionally and followed your instructions throughout.

  Unprofessional and changing price

  I booked this company but they did not fulfil the job. They asked me to send video footage of the house to be cleaned, which I did, and they asked for more money than previously quoted. We agreed on a price & job booked. On the day, they sub-contracted & the cleaning team (2) arrived an hour late & then proceeded to make excuses for what they could or could not do. I explained what I had asked for and been promised and they indicated they could do this. I left them. I was contacted & asked to pay over double. Refused. they left the house unlocked, luckily I arrived as leaving. Unprofessional.

  sorry for any inconvenience.You told us it was a 3-bedroom house, but on arrival,it was 4 bedrooms with windows heavily covered in mould.We explained the extra work and revised cost,and as this wasn’t agreed,we didn’t proceed and returned your deposit.
