  Cleaning kitchen etc

  Trade came very bright very positive and they started on the kitchen, we had a bit of a chat at the beginning, and I explained what to be done. after a while when supposedly, they were finishing 1 started on the toilet where she only had the toilet and the sink be cleaned. Then she wanted me to show her the bathroom and ensuite, and she started on the ensuite, I think they communicated on the phone because they started saying they didn't know of all the bathrooms, and they don't have time and suggested that they can stay more but implied to be paid extra. Not all was cleaned
