When we arrived at the property, the service required was assessed as a deep clean, not a regular clean as originally booked. We contacted you at the time to explain the difference and the associated pricing. We also asked you to confirm before we left, but we did not receive a response.
After the visit, when you raised concerns, we asked you to provide your details so we could process a goodwill partial refund. Unfortunately, this was not provided, and instead the situation escalated.
