We needed a boiler service and a small leak to be fixed. It was very easy to contact them and book an appointment. The plumber arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and completed the work properly and efficiently, which was much appreciated. The quote for fixing the leak initially missed the discount related to the leak investigation. This is the second time this has happened (I experienced the same issue in the past with this company), but they were happy to correct it once I pointed it out.

Plumb London were very helpful and professional. While there were a couple of issues with scheduling which were unavoidable, the plumber that visited was very skilful, diligent and professional. Work was done to a high standard. Could probably have got the work done cheaper with an independent plumber but I doubt I would have been given the same level of service.

Excelent service . I can't praise them enough. They came to see what was required without asking for a fee (unique in that). They gave me a quote promptly which was very reasonable and comparable to other quotes . And the work was completed as and when promised to a high standard. The office staff were friendly and efficient and the plumber who did the work was excellent. I will certainly use them for any future plumbing jobs
