I contacted Paul via WhatsApp to find the source of a toilet leak and to replace tap and bottle trap. He responded within 30 minutes and wanted to visit to assess the problem in-person first. During both appointments, he was communicative and knowledgeable. My issue required cutting some wood paneling and Paul took efforts to minimise damage. He was happy to use parts I provided and proactive in supplying parts he knew were of better quality. He was courteous and punctual on both visits. He cleaned the area he was working in afterwards. I would highly recommend Paul.

Paul arrived on time and located the leak. Parts were needed to repair the leak which he sourced and returned at the agreed time to complete the repair. He was punctual polite and efficient. I will use again if I need a plumber.
