  Paul came round very quickly after the job was submitted The quote was prepared not long after and was very reasonable He was also able to carry out the works earlier than expected and even when he came across a few set backs, he went out of his way to overcome this without extra charge The work was done quickly and everything cleared up after Big thumbs up

  There was a clunking coming from the washing machine drum/ dispenser not clearing after wash

  Very prompt to get in contact and get booked in Arrived on time Work was carried out on the drum and a plastic tag was found lodged in the drum causing the noise Unfortunately the dispenser wasn't looked at and had to have a 2nd visit to resolve the issue But was just told we need a new dispenser and that was it The main issue of the eashing machine seems to be resolved so that's a thumbs up 👍
