  Communicative, courteous, and punctual

  I contacted Paul via WhatsApp to find the source of a toilet leak and to replace tap and bottle trap. He responded within 30 minutes and wanted to visit to assess the problem in-person first. During both appointments, he was communicative and knowledgeable. My issue required cutting some wood paneling and Paul took efforts to minimise damage. He was happy to use parts I provided and proactive in supplying parts he knew were of better quality. He was courteous and punctual on both visits. He cleaned the area he was working in afterwards. I would highly recommend Paul.

  Fantastic Pine Wood Floor Restoration

  Daren did a fantastic job restoring our original pine floorboards in 5 rooms, 2 hallways, and a staircase. Daren repaired planks, replaced planks, filled gaps, sanded, stained, and sealed our floors and staircase. He completed the job in 9 days. Daren was very communicative through SMS and Whatsapp. He was honest, knowledgeable and courteous. I would highly recommend Daren if you need your wood floors restored!

  Courteous, Honest, Clean

  I contacted Rob via WhatsApp with photos of what I needed help with. He responded within 30 mins. He was honest with what would need to be done. We set a date and time for the work and he was on-time and courteous. He reviewed all the areas of work and started the jobs. Rob left my place very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Rob and would get in touch again if I need more electrical work done.

  Luke was fast at responding to my query, he was able to attend the following day. Communication was great. Job was done really well. He was knowledgeable and happy to educate me on simple plumbing things. I will be contacting him again on future jobs. I would recommend LJA Bathrooms.
