  Woodworm treatment and replacement of damaged pine floorboards

  Great communication throughout. Glen kindly came out the same day to provide a quote. Itemised quote was emailed a few hours later, and the job was booked in within a few weeks. He took the time to investigate the extent of the woodworm in my pine hallway floor, and recommended a few damaged floor boards be replaced. Great work on the day of the job, chemically treating the woodworm and replacing 5 boards. Everything done as described. Really nice guy and very reliable. Thanks!

  Efficient and respectful

  The work was carried out efficiently and well within the predicted time. They kept me informed of their arrival time and got straight onto it when they did. They were respectful of my property and made a good job of cleaning up when they finished. A follow up msg the next day to check that all was well; a good service and really appreciated.

  Damp proofing around fire place

  From first contact, Glen was very professional, explained, in detail, the work required. Turned up with Adam and Ryan, on time. Completed the work in one day. On finding one or 2 snags, (not big ones) they returned within 30 minutes of contact to correct them. Couldn’t ask for better service. Very professional and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely recommend Glen’s company.

  PIV fitted

  Glen has completed previous work two years ago, to an excellent standard. Therefore, I had no hesitation to contact Glen for advice regarding moisture in my property. Glen visited on the same day and advised installation of a PIV unit. The work was carried out within two weeks and really happy with the results! The air quality in my home now is much improved, which can be difficult to achieve, living in an old property! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Glen and his colleagues, their service is 10/10. I will also be booking Glen again in the future for further jobs

  Damp survey after a concerning homebuyers report. They were very informative and helpful! Slight delays in getting report and quote to me, and report was delivered as a selection of images rather than a PDF document or similar, but these were not obstacles. Will absolutely go with them if I need work done.

  Damp proofing around hearth in living room.

  I have no hesitation in recommending Owen’s Properties for all damp proofing work. From first contact, Glen was totally professional and courteous. He explained everything about the job. The price agreed was very reasonable. Glen, Adam and Ryan turned up on time, were very respectful of my property and took all rubbish away with them. Even hoovered up and damp mopped the hall floor!!
