We booked Glen and the team to fix some rising damp in our bay window. This was our second time using Owens Property as they did such good work before. They turned up on time, re measured damp readings before removing old plaster, drilling and injecting the damp wall then layering it with a membrane before a full replaster and skim. All work was to an exemplary standard and was covered by a 30 year wtitten guarantee. We recently had renovations close to where Glen had done previous work. The builders thought it was of exceptional quality. When you need damp work, don't go anywhere else!

I’m very pleased with the work carried out. The tradesmen treated my outdoor cupboard with a chemical mould solution and installed an air vent to help prevent future issues. Communication was excellent throughout — everything was explained clearly, including what work was being done and why. They were very professional, friendly, and tidy, and the job was completed to a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

Great communication throughout. Glen kindly came out the same day to provide a quote. Itemised quote was emailed a few hours later, and the job was booked in within a few weeks. He took the time to investigate the extent of the woodworm in my pine hallway floor, and recommended a few damaged floor boards be replaced. Great work on the day of the job, chemically treating the woodworm and replacing 5 boards. Everything done as described. Really nice guy and very reliable. Thanks!

The work was carried out efficiently and well within the predicted time. They kept me informed of their arrival time and got straight onto it when they did. They were respectful of my property and made a good job of cleaning up when they finished. A follow up msg the next day to check that all was well; a good service and really appreciated.
