  Damp proofing bay window

  We booked Glen and the team to fix some rising damp in our bay window. This was our second time using Owens Property as they did such good work before. They turned up on time, re measured damp readings before removing old plaster, drilling and injecting the damp wall then layering it with a membrane before a full replaster and skim. All work was to an exemplary standard and was covered by a 30 year wtitten guarantee. We recently had renovations close to where Glen had done previous work. The builders thought it was of exceptional quality. When you need damp work, don't go anywhere else!

  Outside tap move and new pipe.

  Jordan and his colleague arrived on time as promised. They worked very quickly to move an old tap for me which included some digging and welding of a new copper pipe. Work was quick and tidy with some insulation installed too. I will use JC Plumbing and Heating again, so should you if you're reading this.

  Full garden wall tear down and rebuild, gate fitted

  James and his team are a superb group of lads who do exactly what they say, on time and on budget. James was on site every day at 8. His team tore down and disposed of a dangerous wall. They then rebuilt my entire garden wall including a gate fitting. Not a single brick is out of place, pointing is excellent. The work site was left clean and tidy every day and neighbours were not disrupted. James also provided and fitted secure fencing to the site overnight to stop intruders while the wall was down. I will use James and team for any future work and recommend anyone reading this does too.

  Door trim and rehang

  Ivan was very prompt with communication and turned up exactly on time. Job was completed quickly to a high standard with no mess. Very plessed.
