Contacted James by text following installation of water softener some years before. Prompt response, good communication and successful replumb and replacement of tap the next day from contact. Would recommend.

Called James as an emergency repair was needed to my mums water tank in loft, I explained that my mum is elderly and concerned about the situation as the existing tank was close to bursting, he arrived within 2hours with a new tank and had the job completed within an hour, my mum was obviously delighted and worry free, seeing it was an emergency call out we were happy with his very reasonable charge

Requested a quote for replacement taps, James responded promptly with a picture and description of proposed taps which were duly fitted within a few days. Excellent service all round, will not hesitate to use James again for plumbing work

Excellent job and I would highly recommend. James talked me through the whole job and gave me a number of options, including talking me through bits of the job that I was happy to do myself. Even though the replacement part was exactly the same as before, james knowledge of the product means that are options for a higher temperature have now increased so the job feels more like an enhancement than just a replacement.
