I needed a solution to keep my toddler from opening the door. Jack patiently went through many options with me and took the lock apart to investigate. Throughout the day his communication was great so I knew his eta, very nice and polite guy. I would highly recommend him.

Jack called almost immediately and came out the same day. He replaced the lock and also spent considerable time sorting out the frame and locking mechanism as the door didn’t close.

Very helpful. Although wasn't able to replace the entire system. It was repaired suceesfully and spent time researching for replacements. Turned up on time and gave friendly advice.

Excellent experience, Jack rang almost immediately after I requested the job and came almost straight away. Needed a new lock on old patio doors. Great work, very good price IMHO and very friendly and knowledgeable service.

Replacing lock in a back door

Had locked myself out of the house with my 11 year old after the school pickup. Jack came and unlocked the door for us. Very professional and polite. Highly recommend.
