  Jack came out to change a faulty lock at my father’s property at short notice. He did a good job and was clear in his communication. The job took a bit longer than expected but he explained why. We were happy with the work. He seemed like a nice chap. Would use again.

  Service and fixes on gas boiler

  We asked for help with looking at an old boiler which was leaking and losing pressure. Shoaib responded very quickly and went round on the day to check and assess the issue. He responded with a quote and went round to the address to fix the problem in under a week. We asked him to deal with us directly, not our relatives at the address, regarding payment, and this was not a problem. Very clear, polite communication with videos to show us what he was doing. Very reassuring as we couldn’t be there.

  Repair to the soffit and some broken roof tiles

  Patrick from AOB Roofing quickly expressed interest in the job and contacted us. We had already received one quote but I wasn't comfortable with it, so approached AOB. I was given a quote for the work and the roofers came over that afternoon to do the job. Happy with the quote, the work done, and invoice sent to us to help us with insurance claim. Nice people, who helped us get the job done ASAP.
