1 Repointing and brick repair

Although Danny appeared knowledgeable at first, the overall experience was very disappointing. The work was not completed to a satisfactory standard and did not meet the agreed quote, despite clear instructions and reminders throughout the day. He initially attempted to delay the job due to an “emergency,” then arrived four hours late and finished several hours earlier the expected time. From the outset, the job felt rushed, with little attention to detail. I arrived early and it was raining therefore had to wait till rain went off before I started . I cut out bricks that was in quote and replaced them with identical match . I did extra pointing wich wasn’t on quote and didn’t add extra cost for this . I finished late on a Saturday which most builders don’t do . I also left a small area of pointing wich would have took me 10 minutes max due to safety. I asked client was he happy wich he said he was before I left site . Also client has deducted a considerable amount of money from quite because of area I couldn’t reach due to safety reasons .

0 Terrible workmen, abysmal work and abusive

I had Moore's brickwork and construction ltd in my property to work, unfortunately these where terrible workmen. These tradesman did a terrible job, was verbally abusive, threaten to damage my property, Damaged the property when working, didn't not do the work up to building standards , binned personal belonging, mixed cerement in the dinning in a mixer, left the place in a terrible state and more. I am limited on character so cant even put everything in here. I did leave a copy of the local councils surveys report in the picture but Checkatrade would not allow this and took down the review.Verified reviewerJob location: CH41 - EEd E
