  Although Danny appeared knowledgeable at first, the overall experience was very disappointing. The work was not completed to a satisfactory standard and did not meet the agreed quote, despite clear instructions and reminders throughout the day. He initially attempted to delay the job due to an “emergency,” then arrived four hours late and finished several hours earlier the expected time. From the outset, the job felt rushed, with little attention to detail. Much of the pointing and brickwork was carried out poorly, and significant parts of the quoted work were left incomplete.

  Very reliable with excellent attention to detail. Communication beforehand was clear and helpful, which made everything run smoothly. The work was carried out neatly and professionally, leaving everything tidy. I would highly recommend.
