  Amazing service - from the time of the call, to a spec to see what works needed done, and then work being carried out was only a week. Quote respected my budget, and talked about future works and scope Very respectful, neat, timely and super courteous Would recommend 100% and be using again

  Fantastic service! Quick and efficient quote and start of work. They had a couple of days hard work in my Mum's garden which hadn't been touched for a couple of years, all carried out proficiently and professionally.

  Extremely disappointed with lack of communication

  I am extremely disappointed on the service received. Whilst completing the tree works, the operators smashed several paving slabs where they dropped the tree limbs onto them. This was pointed out to Matthew and he said he would revisit to assess the damage which he did. However, since then (over two weeks ago) I have attempted to contact the company and I have received no reply from them at all. We will have to seek compensation via another route for the damage caused, as I have had no response from them. Such a pity, as I though checkatrade was a safe place to engage contractors.

  There were discussions about replacing to old existing area which was not in good shape to start with and had been laid poorly by the client . I went to see client as they actually wanted a price to replace it anyway. We have been way too busy to take on . I suspect a new area was wanted at no cost .

  Hedge removal and replanting

  Matthew and team provided an excellent service. They are very knowledgeable about types of tree, hedging etc. Matthew provided advice on bothe hedge removal and replanting, and helped us choose the best option for our garden. The team worked very quickly, were very tidy and overall did an excellent job.
