  Extremely disappointed with lack of communication

  I am extremely disappointed on the service received. Whilst completing the tree works, the operators smashed several paving slabs where they dropped the tree limbs onto them. This was pointed out to Matthew and he said he would revisit to assess the damage which he did. However, since then (over two weeks ago) I have attempted to contact the company and I have received no reply from them at all. We will have to seek compensation via another route for the damage caused, as I have had no response from them. Such a pity, as I though checkatrade was a safe place to engage contractors.
