I am extremely disappointed on the service received. Whilst completing the tree works, the operators smashed several paving slabs where they dropped the tree limbs onto them. This was pointed out to Matthew and he said he would revisit to assess the damage which he did. However, since then (over two weeks ago) I have attempted to contact the company and I have received no reply from them at all. We will have to seek compensation via another route for the damage caused, as I have had no response from them. Such a pity, as I though checkatrade was a safe place to engage contractors.

A great quote and service was provided. Very pleased with the quick, clean and efficient work that took place. Highly recommended. Will use again in the future.

Matthew and team provided an excellent service. They are very knowledgeable about types of tree, hedging etc. Matthew provided advice on bothe hedge removal and replanting, and helped us choose the best option for our garden. The team worked very quickly, were very tidy and overall did an excellent job.

Was well informed about the subject. This might sound odd, but i had three quotes, 2 of which said the word bushes constantly, where as Mathew used the actual names of each bush as we walked round. Also insistant that i looked at pictures of his work, again the other quotes just said, yeah we can cut that down. Also everyone else turned up in jeans and jumper, Mathew arrived in workwear appropriate to work in the garden. The point I am making is that anyone can turn up and quote to cut down a massive hedge, Matthew though got the job and did it great.
