Martin and his team were superb - good communications before and during the work, prompt arrival, good quality work, good advice to me about my boiler, and how to contact them if I need any more help. I couldn't have asked for better.

The manager contacted me on the same day and had an engineer, Josh, checking it out an hour later. He came again the following day and completed repairs. Joah was polite and professional. He finished the work quickly and to, I believe, a high standard. He left the place tidy and vacuumed after he finished. I believe the price was very reasonable too. There was no charge for the initial assessment. I was informed of the time to expect the engineer to come and this was followed up with another call to let me know he was on his way.

M Curtis gas services were brilliant from start to finish - from their responsiveness in sending someone out within 24 hours (which was hugely appreciated given we needed showers etc), to Josh's knowledgeable and proactive approach in helping us understand our warranty cover. Highly recommended!
