  Derek is your one man stop to get roofing problems fixed properly the first time. Derek has fixed our garage flat roof in one day. We then asked him back to fix a complicated chimney leak problem. He appears to have sorted the problem which multiple other roofing people, costing a lot more, had failed to achieve.

  Thank you Chris, I appreciate your feedback as it gives others the confidence to know that they will get exactly what they are paying for. With roofing there are so many different factors as why some companies appear to offer cheaper prices, like using the old concrete tiles that caused the failure in the first place. Knowledge is priceless and takes years of experience.

  Replacement of a garage pitched roof including changing the pitch to a steeper level.

  Derek carried out this work for us recently. He stripped the existing roof which was in a very poor state, solved some unexpected problems on the way. He the changed the pitch to a better one for the tiles and installed the new roof. To my untrained eye the quality looks excellent and we are very pleased with the results. Derek was courteous and professional throughout, keeping us informed at each stage helping us feel confident about the work. We works happily use him again if we have any more roofing work and will recommend him for this.

  Replacement of flat roof, timber and some tiles

  Derek repaired a badly deteriorated flat roof including the rotten timber and some tiles above it. He was friendly, polite and knowledgeable, coping with unexpected issues along the way. In fact, the only thing that stopped him was when the tiles were all frozen in place!! All in all, a breath of fresh air in times when good, trustworthy traders can be hard to find. I have no hesitation in recommending him and would certainly use him again.

  Replacement of tiled pitch roof after discovering damp problems

  Derek replaced our roof. From start to finish he answered all our questions, at each step explaining the process. He also went the extra mile to remedy and deal with any problems that occured in a friendly efficient way. He was also a very nice person. Yes most definitely We would recommend Derek McCormack and McCormack Roofing
