  Derek is your one man stop to get roofing problems fixed properly the first time. Derek has fixed our garage flat roof in one day. We then asked him back to fix a complicated chimney leak problem. He appears to have sorted the problem which multiple other roofing people, costing a lot more, had failed to achieve.

  Lee quoted promptly to paint the outside walls of the house including the hard wood windows. The painting was done to a good standard but during the job some rotten wood was discovered. Lee had the skills to do a thorough repair job and this was a real bonus. Here is my message to Lee having paid the final bill. ' House looks pristine. I was impressed with the quality of your repair work both on the front door porch with lead work and the soffits around the main bedroom window at the back of the house. Many thanks. '
