  I had a great experience with Mayfair Water Testing. The guy who carried out the visit was very nice and informative, clearly explaining everything along the way. He completed the tests quickly and efficiently, and even provided Legionella testing, which was really reassuring. Overall, a professional and smooth service.

  Steer Clear

  They'll stuff up the job then stall when it becomes too much of a hassle to fix it. First issue cropped up where something really stupid was not done correctly, they came back and fixed it - a couple of weeks later, a hose ripped due to improper installation, again a mistake any plumber worth their salt would know not to make which caused a massive leak. Contacted these guys, they first insisted it was ok then when I asked when they'd be coming back to fix it... crickets. Had to pay for a new plumber to come and fix the mess and thankfully no major damage done... unprofessional!

  Very good service

  Jack was very helpful. I needed to regenerate my water softener after it being tuened off for a few weeks. Softflow (manufacturer) were trying to charge an extortionate call out charge, but Jack just called and told me what to do, and followed up with prompt messages until issue resolved. Minimum fuss and very helpful! Saved me a bunch of cash
