  Jack was very helpful. I needed to regenerate my water softener after it being tuened off for a few weeks. Softflow (manufacturer) were trying to charge an extortionate call out charge, but Jack just called and told me what to do, and followed up with prompt messages until issue resolved. Minimum fuss and very helpful! Saved me a bunch of cash

  Expensive and inflexible

  Wanted a £129 call out charge to reset my water softener which was stuck in regeneration. Wouldn't reconsider despite it being a 15minute job and 1.2miles from their premises!! Got quoted for £50 by another plumber.
