  Steer Clear

  They'll stuff up the job then stall when it becomes too much of a hassle to fix it. First issue cropped up where something really stupid was not done correctly, they came back and fixed it - a couple of weeks later, a hose ripped due to improper installation, again a mistake any plumber worth their salt would know not to make which caused a massive leak. Contacted these guys, they first insisted it was ok then when I asked when they'd be coming back to fix it... crickets. Had to pay for a new plumber to come and fix the mess and thankfully no major damage done... unprofessional!

  Adding a new waste inlet and fixing the broken hose on a water softener

  Charlie was super helpful from start to finish. Really quick at coming back to me when I was in a bit of a pickle, he sourced all the materials needed for the job and advised me on the best way to solve the problem. Really friendly and professional. Will definitely reach out to him again for all things plumbing!
