10 What a brilliant plumber.

Karl made an appointment to view the job and gave us positive and sensible advice. He changed his original date for the work to suit us and arrived promptly. He is polite, friendly and extremely skilled. He removed the old installation, replaced it with a new one supplied by us and left the room clean and tidy. His pipework is excellent and a huge improvement on the previous work. He completed the task ahead of schedule and his price was very reasonable for the amount of work done. Karl’s approach was professional. He visited to assess exactly what needed to be done and advised on what new radiators to buy. He arrived promptly on the appointed day and worked to achieve what was needed. He left the job in a clean position and his attitude could not have been more pleasant.
