  If you want an excellent job, look no further.

  Nathan and his team were excellent. He gave us sensible advice and they did their utmost to address our specific requests. I was provided with a full detailed etimate, and the figure was exaclty what I was asked to pay at the end. It was easy to communicate with Nathan and he and his workers were cheerful, friendly and accommodating. Each part of the work was explained to us as the project developed and our opinion was frequently sought on a number of items where a decision needed to be made. At the end, all rubbish and mess was removed-only evidence of their presence was an excellent job.

  What a brilliant plumber.

  Karl made an appointment to view the job and gave us positive and sensible advice. He changed his original date for the work to suit us and arrived promptly. He is polite, friendly and extremely skilled. He removed the old installation, replaced it with a new one supplied by us and left the room clean and tidy. His pipework is excellent and a huge improvement on the previous work. He completed the task ahead of schedule and his price was very reasonable for the amount of work done. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

  Steve was very easy to deal with and was very clear about the job. He responded quickly to communications. He and his colleague were very punctual, did exactly what had been agreed, and took away all the rubbish as arranged. They were both friendly and polite, and got on with what was an awquard task with quiet efficiency. They were both very good at what they did. I was impressed with how nothing seemed to phase them.   Replacment of an old gas fire fronting a back boiler.

  Paul arrived bang on time. He checked the gas pressure for leaks then removed the old fire. He cleaned and serviced the boiler then fitted the replacement front fire unit. All checks were carried out. He was friendly, efficient and very professional. I would highly recommend him.

  Hanging a new front door and fitting locks etc.

  Malcolm fitted our very heavy door single handedly. He was polite and friendly, and reassuring. There was no fuss, but he achieved what I could not have done on his own. He filled gaps and hung the door so it swings beautifully. He cleared up all mess before he left. It was also nice to meet the 'boss' before Malcolm finished. An excellent job, highly recommended.

  Andrew arrived promptly to give us a quote. He gave us a date a month ahead and on the day Andrew and two colleagues arrived promptly. They were very friendly and courteous. They worked efficiently and left no mess. We are very pleased with the work they did for us.

  Simon arrived early and well-equipped. The job proved difficult, since no work had been done for decades. However, he persisted, and eventually cleared the main blockage and then, encountering a second blockage in the 'easier' flu, had to work hard to get that done. It was hard physical graft but he prevailed and the rooms were left clean and tidy. We are very grateful. He did an excellent job, then tried to reduce the quoted price at the end, but I insisted he took the whole fee, as he had been with us for nearly two hours. Excellent.

  Stairlift fitted and training given

  The engineers were very punctual and let us know when they were on their way. Work was done carefully by Scott and Max who were quiet and very hardworking. They estimated 3 hours for the work and that's how long it took. They were very tidy and no mess was made at all. Scott explained how to use the stairlift and did not go until he had satisfied himself that we would be able to use it safely. Scott explained everything carefully and did not hurry us in any way. We have been delighted with the result.
