  Wet boards around bath and shower

  The fitter worked hard but was clearly under a great deal of pressure. We were left with a half completed job, until I chased up what was going on as no one had communicated. The matter was resolved the next morning.

  Moving and replacing radiators.

  Karl’s approach was professional. He visited to assess exactly what needed to be done and advised on what new radiators to buy. He arrived promptly on the appointed day and worked to achieve what was needed. He left the job in a clean position and his attitude could not have been more pleasant. He had manners, good communication skills and was considerate of our views. I have no hesitation in recommending him.
