John gave us a quote very quickly and stuck to it throughout. He was friendly and professional, listening to what we wanted and giving his advice about how to proceed. He came on the day agreed, worked quickly, cleanly and finished on schedule. John took us through the work he had done with enthusiasm and checked that we were completely happy before he left, offering after are on the system. John was fantastic! he was very knowledgeable and very professional. Very nice guy with a great work ethic. His attention to detail was second to none and was very tidy, he had competitive rates and gave advice as to how to maintain reliability to our boiler. I am beyond impressed with the work that John and Lou carried out for us! From the moment they arrived, they were both incredibly professional and efficient. John removed our old gas pipe and changed our boiler system to a combi with expertise and precision. The entire process was seamless, and they took great care in ensuring that everything was done safely and up to code. What stood out most was Johns attention to detail and clear communication throughout the project and answering my many questions. John will be coming back to complete more work!
