John gave us a quote very quickly and stuck to it throughout. He was friendly and professional, listening to what we wanted and giving his advice about how to proceed. He came on the day agreed, worked quickly, cleanly and finished on schedule. John took us through the work he had done with enthusiasm and checked that we were completely happy before he left, offering after are on the system.
