  John was fantastic! he was very knowledgeable and very professional. Very nice guy with a great work ethic. His attention to detail was second to none and was very tidy, he had competitive rates and gave advice as to how to maintain reliability to our boiler.   Boiler and system change to combi & gas pipe removal

  I am beyond impressed with the work that John and Lou carried out for us! From the moment they arrived, they were both incredibly professional and efficient. John removed our old gas pipe and changed our boiler system to a combi with expertise and precision. The entire process was seamless, and they took great care in ensuring that everything was done safely and up to code. What stood out most was Johns attention to detail and clear communication throughout the project and answering my many questions. John will be coming back to complete more work! Would highly recommend, he is brilliant.

  Changing of gas valve and vessle

  John was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I was worried about deciding on the right person to do the works and come into my home. The whole time I felt at ease and I am definitely going to call upon Kilbey Heating and Plumbing services again going forward!

  Annual service on a combi boiler

  John was really quick to get back to me after I made enquiries. He gave me a quote and his availability within a few hours. This was great for me as some companies had contacted me and their process was long winded and more expensive. He kept me updated with a time window of arrival and again 20 minutes before he actually arrived, which allowed me to plan my day and get on with jobs I needed to do in the meantime. His work was thorough, and he explained what he was doing along the way which was informative. John left everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend him to friends & family.
